St. Hedwig school is supported by caring staff, teachers and parents who all work together to create an environment where the children can learn and grow in the love of Jesus.
Was an alright school. 1 star lost due to Shakespearean curriculum (a disease plaguing much of the Canadian schoolboard's English classes). Also had an economics class that was dropped two years in a row due to low registration - a critical subject! And half millennium's old story's of strange Jewish merchants and yourself adolescents take priority. Do yourself a favour and skip class when 'the Bard' has the spotlight on his playwrights. The courtyard in the East is relaxing - and when you get a detention for skipping class; detention is not worth attending either, and the school administrators have no right to detain you for dismissal of ancient firestarter's influence on your potential.
Ranting aside (spitefully learned from studying Shakespeare) - the school is alright. Just make sure you tuck your shirt in or some pauchotic teacher may. chase you down the hall as if you just sold a kilo of blow to a younger student.
Great place for people who like to learn. People who don't like to learn, though, should steer clear--there isn't much else to do here.
IF ALL KNOWLEDGE IS A MATTER OF PERSPECTIVE, VISUALIZATION OF DREAMS IS ACTUAL AS REALITY ITSELF. A MOMENT SPENT DREAMING BY THE LAKESHORE AMIDST THE BEAUTIFUL BUTTERFLIES AND THE DRAGONFLIES AND THE HONEYBEES LIKE AN ARMY SENT TO FIGHT ON OUR BEHALF THE GREAT ENEMY FORCE

Fantastic!!! Very nice teachers great learning experience
Love the school, teachers they keep you informed about how your child is doing. Can't wait until 2017 when all 3 of mine are in this school.
It's ok but to much bullying
We have 3 children and they attended Mother Teresa until the school board decided to amlagamate all the French Immersion students to St. Patrick. We miss Mother Teresa, the caring staff, the sense of community and especially the principle Mrs. O'Riley. Mother Teresa was our children's second home...and the staff all made them feel welcome and well cared for!
I GO to school there lol love it
best school now French but still great
I love the school
Looking for some comments from parents who may have their kids attending this school. I would like to know how is the Special Education at this school. Iam thinking of enrolling my son who is Special Needs next year.
it is awesome
Fantastic school!!! Excellent student:teacher ratios.
All staff endeavor that each student excels to their personal best. [ What catholic schools were like when I was a kid, not "just a number" like most schools (especially public schools) these days].
kindergarten classrooms are great, same with library and gym. As you get older, like with all elementary schools you start to get sick of it and want to go to highschool (so don't listen to older kids). Most teachers are quite good but some could remember that they work at a CATHOLIC school. There was only one teacher that I couldn't stand, he was always mean and a showoff to kids all through school even though he was 45 years old
Went to high-school here and loved it met my fiance here
My daughter just started attending. Teachers are kind and inviting. My daughter comes home every day excited about how the day went. She has only been there a week and a half and already has a group of friends. I am so pleased for her and thankful.
Really decent teachers who don't mind to help if you ask
Eye lurned reel gud from this skool fighve starz.
