Costco is a magical place, it's like if the Dollar Store and Walmart had a baby - a beautiful big baby. This Costco is the best one in Montreal, everything is clean and items are in order. Concerning the food, it is hands down the best ice cream - it puts Dairy Queen's cream to shame. The pizza is not so great. I would advise taking the hot which comes with a drink for $1.50 and add a poutine to that. One of the cheapest eats you can get, and you don't need to be a member.

The least busy Costco on the island. It's nice because it's not a hectic zoo like all the others in the burbs. Staff is always nice and helpful.

Although in some ways it's a lesser Costco because it doesn't have a pharmacy. However it's the only downtown Montreal Costco and it's right at the foot of the bridge call Victoria Bridge. Hence this store is on Bridge Street. However people drop in sometimes just to kill an hour or so during heavy traffic and during those times it may actually be fairly empty but other times it's exceptionally full. It's also near the great shopping indoor and outdoor of Atwater Market. And it's near several expressways so when can get there quickly and leave quickly as well

Parking is always full. Better going in the morning or prior the store closing hours. Products like any other costco.

Great place to buy your groceries and more... The service is great and waiting to pay is normally faster than the other Costcos

Nice all in one store. But u only get bulk items here. Like bread in a pack of 3, u won't get single items here. It's good for wholesale market.

Multiple gas pumps to fill your vehicle so relatively short waiting period if any . The shortfall is --- There are no windshield washing supplies available for the customers to use !!

Never had any issues concerning this Costco. You need to go here knowing it will be jammed packed. You can't blame the store for being packed, they're only doing what they're supposed to be doing. Selling items at a "discounted " price.

Costco is always a great place! Only thing with this address is that there's too many people during the week-end. I go there during the week (Monday preferably). If not, we go in South Shore.

This gas station has the best gas prices in the city and helpful employees. However, since it is so cheap, there is always a line up of cars.

Jordan; if they made it full serve it might cost us up to 5 cents more per litre. What's wrong in stretching your legs and getting out of your car? It's a great form of exercise too! Excellent service at this petrol station! I always "fill her up" when i visit Guelph.

If you have a car with a 50L tank on empty, you'll save about $2.50-$5.00 on a tank of gas (if gas is 5-10 cents cheaper per liter). Worth it I you don't have to wait, but sometimes the lines are insanely long, and waiting over 30 mins to save a few bucks isn't worth it. Also can't clean windows or anything like at other gas stations. When you pick the wrong line, and other people arrive after you in he next line and go first, you feel injustice.

costco.ca
5
@

Cheapest gas in Guelph. Expect long lines at any time of day. Must have membership

costco.ca
4
@

Great prices (expect 7-9cents per liter cheaper than the other local stations), but unless you are there first thing in the morning expect a LONG wait of at least 5 minutes but usually closer to 10-15. Membership is required and only debit and MasterCard is accepted.

Called down from Edmonton looking for flooring that had been discontinued in my area, they had just enough and Paul went out of his way to confirm the quantity of product and set aside for my convenience. Great service and saved my floor!

costco.ca

Long lineup but it's worth the wait

costco.ca
5
@

Literally the cheapest gas in the area. You will need a membership and a non-visa, non-Amex, and non-cash type of payment. The lineup may look long, but the attendants keep cars moving in this large station with good efficiency. Its pretty no frills here. There's no stop for coffee or drinks, nor is there a toilet here. Just get in, fill up, and get out.

costco.ca

Always the cheapest place in town to get gas.

costco.ca

Much lower prices than regular gas stations. Many pumps but long lines if you arrive at the wrong time. No diesel.

costco.ca

Cheap gas, decent enough lay-out. Gas is typically 10c/L cheaper than retail. Lines can be a little long during anything close to prime-time hours. Weekday mornings it's a quick in-and-out.

I have only ever been to two Costco Gasoline stations and they have always been cheaper that surrounding gas stations, but also busy every time I went there. The instructions on the pump were a bit confusing at first. It said that I could insert or tap my Costco Mastercard to start... Well it turns out that you have to insert your card no matter what. Which kinda makes tapping your card to pay redundant. Your card is already in the reader, so you may as well press those few extra buttons and enter your PIN!

costco.ca
5

Always cheaper than anyone else. Keeps the rest honest. Actually has competitive pricing.

costco.ca

The best price for gas in Guelph which helps keep the other stations honest. Often lined up but moves quickly.

Large selection of items with good discounts, spacious, and easy to move around. The reason 3 out of 5 stars, parking is very difficult to find during evenings as well as weekends, and a busy location with only couple of cashiers creating long lines frustrating many clients.

You have to judge the line up... sometimes waiting in a long line to save a few cents per litre on gas isn't worth it. If you avoid the weekend and evening commute rush then usually you can get through pretty quickly. The gas bar closes an hour after the warehouse does so if you swing by in the last half hour of the day then you can get in and out with no wait.

costco.ca
5
@

Prices always 7 to 10 cents cheaper. Weekdays is a great time to go fill up.. If your there when people are just getting off work or on weekends you'll be there forever. Personally I avoid those times and most I wait is 10 min usually 5.

costco.ca

I think all Costco members have a love hate relationship with this store simply because of how busy it always is. That said, all the staff I have encountered at this store are great, and even with long lines the checkouts move very quickly.

costco.ca
4

Great products and prices. Their produce is great but the parking lot is quite congested.

costco.ca

Our go-to Costco location. Much quieter than the Willingdon location although it is a bit smaller and has a bit less selection. Staff are always friendly.

costco.ca

The perfect place to go for, say, cat litter, and come out with a 120$ bill ;) Gas is cheaper than anywhere. Always clean. Plenty of parking. Good staff (they are not underpaid, so service comes with). Yearly membership: 50$-120$/yr.

Always Packed, but big enough to serve all customers. It usually takes me around 20 minutes to fill up my car.

Costco is Costco, I think Vinod S. Dosen't know how to do math: Bananas r cheaper then WalMart, think about apples $14.00 for a 6lb bag, WalMart $22.00 6lb, Metro $29.00, Ambrosia apples. If you need more info just go to the other stores and compare, don't talk before you have all the info.

Cheap gas but needs membership! Has different hours from the warehouse so double check on the website before you show up. Shorter waits later at night like around 9pm.

costco.ca

Just like any other Costco, you get a great selection of wholesale and bulk items. They have an excellent selection of organic products, far cheaper than specialized stores. Same goes for the butcher section. We have a deep freezer and Foodsaver, so buying in bulk is not an issue. Avoid weekend visits. I recommend early mondays or mid-day Wednesday.

It's Costco. You really need to read a review?

costco.ca

Prices on average are about $0.06 cheaper than other gas stations in the city. The staff at the gas bar are very friendly and helpful. Keep in mind it's only for Costco members so you'll have to have your membership card and they don't accept cash.

costco.ca
5

This is my favourite Costco location. Staff are friendly and selection is quite good. I have noticed other locations such as the billy bishop locations charge more for the same items. It is also not as busy as other locations right after regular work hours. I would recommend this location.

I have 2 complaints 1. The premium membership did was no longer paying for itself. When we went to drop down to basic membership caught all kinds of grief and the math the customer service person was using was so wrong it was incredible. I finally got angry and asked to see the store mgr. 2. The lack of a reasonable deliver service boggles my mind. If you are going to sell items that do not fit in std. car or pickup truck then provide a reasonable priced delivery service. Otherwise we are big fans.

costco.ca

Cheapest gas in Mississauga, but they only accept Mastercard, and debit cards, plus you need a Costco membership. Usually there's a lineup and a bit of a wait, but it's worth it. Download the GasBuddy app if you don't already have it to see prices around where you live.

Cheapest place to fill gas. The lines are huge but fast moving, but who cares about the line when they are the cheapest right? Usually just go there every alternative weekend to fill gas end up buying something or the other which is on sale :) The representatives are very helpful near the bunk and being the first time user, I wasn't sure about the procedure. It is very straightforward and I am feeling great to be a Costco Member.

This is the place for low priced foods, however, because there's a membership card, you only really save if you go buy there a lot. I love this place for big quantities and low prices, plus products that are amazing that I can't find anywhere else

My favourite store is Costco! The product quality, customer service, warranty, is the best. They take care of you. Great to see so many healthier options for us and the planet, in organic products, non-GMO products, etc. If they stock a product, it is always, a superior product to what you'd get in another store. It is worth shopping here, you end up saving so much money and buying in bulk means a healthier fewer shopping trips.

I do my wholesale shopping here. There is a great organic selection for frozen fruit, veggies and more. It's not the nicest spot to shop but it's convenient and has good prices. Also they have offers online that they don't usually have on the store so don't forget to check their website every now and then.

This is bar none the best costco I have been to. The parking lot isn't a complete disaster, while it's always busy, the people are level headed enough to deal with it. Inside, the layout seems as though it was a a little more thought out as to a normal shopping path, rather than everything spread out everywhere. I've never had an employee not be able to answer a question I've had regarding an item/its location. Overall this is the costco I choose to go to anytime I can.

Standard Costco experience. Great staff, product selection, and return policy as usual. Tire centre is located in the garage at the far north side of this Costco. Cafeteria is a bit smaller than other Costcos, but serves the same food.

We were here for the famous (rightly so) Pink Solution and found a couple of other things as well, like 40 dollar reebok shoes and nitrile gloves. The parking is tricky and the location shows its age. The floors are dirty looking and the walls look somewhat crumbly. The approach is also from a very busy road that leads to Pont Victoria, so it's difficult during rush hours but great for those commuters for whom this is on the way home.

I've been going to this Costco for probably 20 yrs and although it can be pretty busy on weekends, during the week it's not too bad. The earlier the better for sure. And you can't beat the cheap prices for getting a quick snack like pizza or chicken and strips!

Pretty much the cheapest gas in town. If you already have a membership it's worth getting from here. Only thing I don't like is that you can't just tap your cats to pay for gas unless you have the Mastercard/Costco credit card.

Cheap gas that is (mostly) quick. You must be a member to get gas here though, but then again I think most people have some kind of Costco membership. :P

Like any costco it's busy. The floor staff are helpful. The optical staff are not as helpful. They don't treat you much like a customer, more like they are doing you a favour by talking to you.

Good costco... always consistent and what you'd expect... hint;...get someone to get you a Costco Cash Card and you can use it to get a temp day membership... you can use the gift card plus any cash you bring with you ( cannot use their debit or credit with a temp membership )

A decade ago I never thought I'd be giving so many stars to a big supermarket like Costco. But over the years, I found they made real efforts to offer good quality products. I love that they sell organic and now "without traces of pesticides" products. At one point they even had organic meat but haven't seen it recently. Maybe because I don't buy meat anymore ;-). Even in their cleaning products, we can find environmental friendly. I love that they use boxes of sold products to carry our purchases instead of plastic bags. The reason why I am not giving 5 stars is that I wish they made a bigger effort to reduce wrapping of some products. Not all products need to be individually wrapped when they are already wrapped together. Oh and it would be nice of they had smaller sizes for clothing. Smalls often feel more like a medium and extra-smalls are rarely available.

I find this costco to be quite busy compared to other costcos on the west end of the GTA. Their prices for some items are higher than other costco as well (e.g. Nutella is $1 more). Costco however is a great place to shop and their return policy is great.

Great to have a Costco in the city and especially one with a gas station. Only issue is that parking is small and for Costco you have to go by car. Also as it is a smaller location they don't have as many items, but good enough for most of your shopping.

Its pretty decent. But the hours suck, the parking lot is a nightmare and the items in the store are okay- not a great savings in some cases so know your prices. Like swiffer sweeper refill pads are a great deal compared to buying 1 set at superstore. The staff is nowhere to be found when u need assistance but when you get to the huge line ups they are usually there to help you out. They once let me breastfeed my son in their staff room because they have no suitable place to nurse- but that complaint isnt exclusive to Costco. These large retailers that have mainly women shopping for the family with small children have no place to nurse. Idiotic really. Overall they have some good stuff like household items, groceries, produce isnt that great and there sure is a lot of american imported goods- which has had its recall issues in the past so consider your purchase carefully. If you're going to shop here, set aside 2 or 3 hours of your life. In the end you might walk out with $400 worth of purchases or come out with $10 spent. There's really no inbetween lol. :)

Do not go on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday....well you get the idea. It's always busy...but it's Costco, so it's a bit of a conundrum. Until the new one opens up on the South edge of town, it's unlikely that this one will calm down much. Time your visits well and you'll have a relatively pleasant experience...come anywhere near peak though...prepare for a traffic jams of carts :) P.S. the hot dog deal is still ridiculous (2 of the 3 stars right there)

Line-ups can be long, but they move quickly. I have never waited longer than 10 minutes and I just bring a book with me to pass the time. If you go at the right time of day, there is no line up at all. You often save 10 cents per, so in my opinion it is worth a short wait.

Be careful when driving into the lot because there are a lot of drivers that will be eagerly aggressive to get their way to be in front of you. While the gas station itself is perfectly well managed, there is an island that interferes with the line up of customers and can easily cause traffic to back up into the parking lot intersections.

The staff appear to very much enjoy their work, and it's nice to see so many on shift which makes it easier to find an employee when in need of assistance. Often the employees can be seen telling jokes to customers and cracking a laugh with them. The store is too small and congested. The hours on Saturday and Sunday should be extended, as they close way too early. The parking lot is a ridiculous mess and the person who designed it should be fired. The positives are many as well. The fruit and vegetables are excellent - top quality. I'm bilingual. My girlfriend is English primarily but does try to speak French the few words she knows. In our shopping Ventures through Costco. Like everyone else we sample and taste and get informed of the products they are sampling. I would say a good 70% of the time the employee can't speak English properly or at all or won't even try. Makes it very hard to understand the product or what they're trying to have us sample. It kind of sounds ignorant if a customer is talking to you in a language and the employee will straight up ignored you. Same thing on your way out the door stopping for a hot dog or a pizza only served in French not a problem for me but my girlfriend has to go find a table while I order. She's been treated too poorly and will not go back to the counter.

Great location...It gets really busy at the weekends so I suggest you to do your shopping during the week. I bought 2500 sqf flooring last time I was there and a big screen TV. Everyone loves Costco, and rightfully so. I get about a month's worth of groceries for just $300 bucks. It's definitely worth the membership rate to get in there, if you shop there more than twice a year, the $50 pays for itself. I do recommend avoiding weekends, as it's absolutely insane there. Parking and otherwise. Be prepared to park at the far end of the lot and walk in. The pro for parking though is that the spots have a double (1ft wide) demarcation, giving you that extra space to load up your vehicles. Don't mind not eating before you go either, because the food court has all sorts of delicious and shocking cheap food if you brought cash (no electronic payment)

While we love Costco and buy lots of stuff from there, online and in store, the store is very busy and a long ways out of the city. It will be better if they open their second location in Rosewood. That should hopefully make it easier to get in and out of there.

Costco is great. It's my go to place to print photos of all sizes, buy food in bulk, and all sorts of other things at great prices and a return policy that possibly even beats Amazon's. Standard (good) as all Canadian COSTCOs I know. Read some reviews about parking - just go to Costco on Boulevard de l'Acadie (Marche Central) and you will be happy what we have in Pointe-Claire. Of course parking lot can't be compared to airfield available at Costco on Rue Bridge (next to down town) either. Tire, oil service at this location I would rate at lower mids. Having gas station and propane tank refill station would be nice, but probably available land around and city's bylaws doesn't allow it.

Good place to buy groceries, get a mobile phone or plan or pick up some special items. I've bought electronics, clothes, food, tires, household items among other things here. The store is busier on the weekends but compared to other Costco stores in the Lower Mainland, it's relatively less busy. There is no hassle for returns. They have a decent food court. Hit the gas bar in the morning to avoid long lines and wait times to fill up.

Just like a typical Sam's club, this location is good for bulk buying. Unfortunately, Costco as a whole has certain items that they do not or cannot stock consistently. Once upon a time there was heavenly organic butter that is no more. The availability of GMO free and other organic produce has increased but is still very limited compared to other regular products. The fruit selection is good, and there are mucci tomatoes and cucumbers from Ontario that are awesome. The cheese selection is limited but consistent and everything else is your typical wholesale quantity. Parking is always tough and gas prices aren't hugely different from the market rate but if you have the Costco MC, it's a 2% rebate.

costco.ca
3

Hard to rate. This location is fine. The problem is there's TOO MANY PEOPLE! Prepare for battle when searching for parking. Put on your cart maneuvering gloves as you attempt to navigate through the droves of zombie-like shoppers. And, at all costs, avoid ALL areas offering free samples. You will be locked in by the waves of free loading sample seekers. Allergic to cranberry's? That's no excuse for not lining up for 5 min to get your free sample of cranberry juice!

The cheapest top tier gas in the city on most days. The line up can be long but as long as you don't go on the weekend it is not overly so. Staff are always nice and I see them often lend a hand when someone gets confused about how to operate the pump payment system or their own vehicles through the squishy middle lane. The squishy middle lane navigation happens when the front vehicle finishes pumping before the rear vehicle and the person waiting to get gas does not want to wait for the rear vehicle to finish enabling them to pull straight through. If they could improve on one thing, I'd say stopping people from squishy middle lane antics would be a good idea from a safety perspective.

That smell was still so strong that we put them in garage. Hopefully the smell will dissipate so that I can use them. I do like them, but when first purchased the smell was not so intense. There is no way I could have left them in the laundry area. Anyone coming in with allergies, would certainly leave. I cannot open the door to the rest of the house, and I have asthma. Please check your product and go back to the older, less intense scent. Remember - we are scent free!

Costco is great for some things. Their return policy is great and definitely a great price on gasoline. Vegetables aren't anything special at Costco and typically over priced. My biggest pet peeve is having to show your card on the way in, and then again at the register and then show your receipt at the door as if you're some kind of crook. It's unnecessary. The other annoyance is the families who bring there kids and let them run everywhere, the aisles may be large, but it's a pain in the butt to navigate the store with everyone stopping and having to fetch their kids. Costco needs a play place or something.

Everything at Costco Wilson was fine until today. Costco photo center refused to take a passport photo of our 1 month old daughter as they felt it was challenging for them. Walmart did it in a minute. This is not fair; I do all my shopping at Costco. I think I need to go to Walmart a bit more often.

Even with sixteen nozzles in constant use, there's invariably a lineup here. That's easily understandable, though, because Costco's gas price is almost always the lowest in town. That's the totality of the experience; there's no convenience store, car wash, or any other frill, just "low price, but a lineup."

Basic Costco, avoid Thursdays and Friday evenings, this place is packed. Mondays and Tuesdays are pretty empty. The food court is small (much smaller than the food court in Boisbriand) so on a busy day, it's basically hell to get a table or even get the food from the food court.

It's cheap and has lots of deals, especially for items that you can buy in large volume. Surprisingly some things are also cheaper there. My wife got a Kitchenaid Professional 6000 mixer for 399+taxes which was cheaper than anywhere else including Amazon. I would give five stars if they had other types of shopping carts because the place gets crowded and also the queues can be quite long. Also the requirement of having the membership is kinda annoying.

A convoluted nightmare to get to/from by car via Allen Road. The parking lot is small (for Costco) and parking on weekends is crazy. I now only come to this location for inkjet refills; Etobicoke location for everything else (why did you take away the inkjet refill, Etobicoke?!). Billy Bishop location only has regular eggs in flats of 30; Etobicoke location has 2x1 dzn carton, which is much more convenient.

It's everything you'd expect from a Costco. Quantity is an understatement. It sucks that they've made their membership mandatory if you want to shop there but I suppose it's not that bad as what you get out of it is unmatched. The gas station they have out front is also starting to do quite well. What with gas prices going down and with Costco prices, it's no surprise to me.

Friendly Workers and hardly anybody working in the aisles unless you specifically search someone else as there are people working in the general departments. As most products are on display and in a fully functional set up so customers. you can test out most products before you make your plus buying the membership gets you some pretty steep discounts when it comes to electronics and other forms of things like vitamins in bulk other desirable items in general. Very good place the shop!

I love this Costco! Tonight was my first time at this location (I have always gone to the store on Biscayne Cres). I will NEVER go to that Brampton location again! This store was organized, the selection was greater, finding a parking spot was MUCH easier and closer (many times after driving around for 10 minutes, we'd have to park on the other side of the street at the Brampton Biscayne Costco due to overcrowding and poor planning of the parking lot). The staff who work at this one appear to be much happier and less stressed than the Biscayne Costco. It's no wonder! They're not having to deal with nearly as many meatball customers! I feel sorry for the staff who work at the Brampton store, to be honest. The customers who shop at this location actually have manners and say, "excuse me", as apposed to just pushing their way through the isles. That is always the case at the Biscayne Costco! Thankfully, I have found my new store and will drive the hour to go to this one, as apposed to the 40 minutes it takes to get to the Biscayne location.

What's to say, it's costco. Some good prices, some great. Don't expect to buy one of something or a small size. For under a twonie you can Grab a hotdog and refillable drink for lunch while you're there. The negative at this location is the gas station. The gas is always cheaper so everyone wants it, the lines can get huge. Unfortunately the way the parking lot is designed the lines overflow the gas area and start blocking the parking lot - don't park anywhere close to where the gas lanes start.

COSTCO, I'M ONTO YOU!!! These people are so eager to get their claws on your money, they'll bend over backwards to get it. Service, price, products, they always hone in on the trendiest and best quality. Quality men's dress shirts, elsewhere $40 to $50 bucks if you're lucky. $20.00 bucks at Costco. Check out their house branded food products. Excellent value for the dollar. Buy the bulk canned goods. Not always the cheapest, but prices are low consistently. The staples are what keeps me going back. (Been a member since the days of Price Club when it was north of Hwy #7). Toilet paper, paper towels, eggs, milk, bread. Everything I need. Meat dept. always on the ball w/ fresh steaks and burgers. Tire Center delivers every time. Sure, it's frustrating waiting in a long cue to get your car serviced. There's a reason for that. THEY'RE REALLY!! REALLY!! GOOD!!! I show up a day or two prior to getting new tires or oil change, get a read on how busy they are and ask questions. 1) Ask the service desk guy when it's good to line up before the store opens. 2) Find out which door opens first, some times people line up at the wrong door and lose their spot in line. 3)Pre-order your purchase before you spend an hour in line then find out your brand is not in stock. Save a lot of frustration, and get yourself in and outta there within a reasonable amount of time. I've managed to get 1st in line for the last two years, and was in and out within an hour and a half. Lucky? Nope! I ask lots of questions. Got me the executive membership. I've consistently made back my membership fees from the "cash back" program. Worth every penny I never really spent.

The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because this place is too busy. Even when I go right at opening the parking lot is a disaster and people block the isles to get food samples. I once got told off by a food sampler because I was reaching for a product behind them and they thought I was trying to cut the line! I don't think the food samplers work for Costco and as such they are often rude. The staff is really friendly and helpful and the products are superior to ANY other grocery/department store I've ever shopped in. Costco Canada should really consider opening another location in the East End of Toronto - there's more than enough business for TWO Costcos! I've been to SEVERAL other Costcos across the GTA and this is by far the busiest!! Please open another location SOON!!!!!

Best price for gas and there is always an attendant. This is a Costco like any other Costco: big, large and plenty of stuff you need or don't. It has a gas station with great gas price, a big parking lot and is near other types of stores so you can complete your shopping all at once. Same advice of other Costco stores: don't go there on weekends since it is rush-time like - longer waiting lines, difficult to walk around and kids crying everywhere.

I've been coming here many years. Great place to shop for my home and business. Generally good customer service and they sell good products. I don't know how they can solve the line up and parking problem though. It's not somewhere where you can go in and out quickly. I've gotten to know the store well and pretty much know where everything is but if you are a newbie, good luck trying to find something. Typical Costco, parking is brutal, they now have propane which is great and super cheap although in typical costco fashion they make it difficult by making you wait for them to fill the tank, then go inside to stand in line to pay, then go back to the propane area ad pick up your tank again. With todays tech it would be very easy for them to make this process very quick and simple.

On Sunday December 20th Police at the entry, you knew it was going to be a zoo inside. I parked in the very end spot as usual, I obtained what I needed to complete my last Costco run before Christmas. Every cash was open and moving quickly as they all had a cashier and helper. I spotted an empty line and proceeded, I even let some gentleman with his items in his hand go ahead of me as I felt guilty as it looked like others had been waiting patiently. I know why it was empty, Jackie and Englebert were an amazing Team! The most efficient, conscientious twosome I have seen in a long time. What a great beginning to my finale week before Christmas. Prices don't justify the membership fee for me; however, I sometimes go to Costco with my friend who has a membership card. Regarding this particular store, I've noticed that some staff members are just incompetent. I once brought back rancid tasting walnuts that weren't expired and were purchased recently. . We had thrown away the bag, and I thought for sure we couldn't return it. My mom insisted. we still had the receipt and Costco refunded the walnut, tested it and even mailed us $5 as a thank you. We were so impressed. That's customer service. It is the smaller of the two Costcos nearest us. Parking here is tight and some days I have to wait for a spot. The other is at Ottawa Street in Port Coquitlam. That one has larger parking spots, is larger and has a gas bar. However the exit for traffic can be a bit of a hassle. And that stretch of westbound Lougheed is often slow heading towards Coquitlam Center. So unless I need gas it's a toss up between the two.

Oh Costco. Finding a time when it isn't busy is almost impossible. That being said, if you can get through the chaotic parking lot, large crowds and long lines at the cash register, you will have a great time. Even with all that Costco is extremely efficient, and those lines move quickly, the crowds are usually moving, and as long as you aren't looking for the perfect spot you will be fine. The high quality of produce is something to note as well. Costco does a great job bringing in fruits and vegetables that puts most of the other stores in the metro area to shame.

Price, quality and quantity are the things you will hear people talk about all the time and it's no different here. There are rush times but its all handled exceptionally well by the staff. There are enough parking spots given its location. This store has a tire depot as well.

Favorite place to shop! Gas is always cheaper here too!

Love the place and selection and free samples. I love their warranty on products and overall ease of return. I wish they had more sales staff and a more distinguishable uniform so you know who works there more easily to ask questions. You can't keep expecting customers to go to customer service during the shopping trip to get answers.

Be there at 10am otherwise like any other Costco it's full and line up. But hey, it's Costco. Large size at a good price. Never been able to get out without a bill under 200$

Be forwarded this is Costco members only. The alway have the best price on fuel and the facilities are clean and well maintained. There can be a line but with 12+ pumps I have never considered it to long of a wait to leave and pay a higher price. It's worth the membership fee just to save this much on fuel.

Gas is so cheap here, the lineups are almost always ridiculous. It is always clean, there is always someone to help, wish they were open at night.

Love the price, and the lines are not long (compared to the costco at Warden).

My local Costco. Nothing that the other ones don't carry.  I like the fact that I can get to the back entrance quite quickly.  As others mentioned the front door greeter is annoying.  I've been there a few times on the weekend and she basically yells at you to show your membership.  Annoying when there are a bunch of people fiddling around for their wallet/purse and you just want to get in.

The staff are generally very friendly and helpful. There aren't a whole lot of them for such a big building so expect to to have to wait for someone at times. Deals are also great!

Awesome staff! They go above and beyond to help. Not pushy at all. Great selection. Always a pleasure doing business with them. I'm not a crowd person, it is always busy there. That speaks volumes about the store. Again I can't say enough great things about the Peterborough location.

Love it!! Always have a great selection of items! Do miss a few regular items bthst I can get at other stores but if they aren't big sellers...makes sense. Always amazing service! Have gotten stale dated bread a couple times but that can happen anywhere. Just made two loaves of French Toast to freeze :). The complaints on here are silly. One incident shouldn't define how you feel. If everyone stopped shopping at a store that they had a bad experience at, no one would shop. Good customers always get good customer service :)

don't ask costco person to do anything I called to asked if they could have someone in cloths to look for high vision coat but was told they don't do that. in Sudbury VERY long line ups to get out never enough cash open. No staff to ask where anything is. Some i've talked to are rude cashier seem to be stressed cause they can get nasty if you don't go faster for them while they take their sweet time. Don't ask for carry out you can wait an hour for that. I started pricing what it cost in bulk and than go to a grocery store comes out to the same. Only think I like is the fish you can get dissent price. and coffee. There meat used to be reasonable but found that they are not pricing high. prices in drinks juice ext same. Long line to get out the door because they almost strip search you. You can stand in line and if they know people they will let you there and talk talk never mind you been in line for 45 minutes between cashier and getting out the door

Sure you might be able to find better prices on some products at other stores. Yes, some products are there one week and gone the next, this is how Costco works. They can get a good deal on X amount of product, they pass that deal on to you. Once the product is sold, it's sold.... It's pretty basic economics. Compare the employee wages and lifestyle of Costco employees to those of Walmart employees. Costco treats their employees like valued PEOPLE, with lives goals and dreams, and gives them the ability to live good lives. I don't work at Costco, I never have, but talk to the employees and you will see that they are happy. I could go to Walmart and save $0.50 on whatever, but where is that fifty cents coming from? Certainly not from their bottom line.
